In 2019 there were a total of 391 entries from 89 photographers. 
Judges for the Salon were
  • Tracey Scott FPSNZ AFIAP FNZIPP,
  • Paul Gummer FNZIPP MAIPP
  • Julie Catchpole, Director of the Suter Art Gallery in Nelson.
Categories for entry were open with special awards being made for best monochrome, humour and abstract.

All images in the following AV gained Acceptances or higher in this year's competition.  Congratulations to everyone.

2020 Results

There were a total of 466 entries from 111 photographers this year.

2018 Nelson National Triptych


The Nelson Camera Club is proud to host this annual competition.  In 2018 there were a total of 459 entries from 100 photographers.  All entries were submitted as digitally projected images.  Judges for the Salon were Liz Hardley FPSNZ, LRPS, EFIAP, Don Pittham FPSNZ, ANPSNZ and Shona Jaray FPSNZ. ​
 All images were entered in an open category from which the following major awards were made: Champion Triptych, Best Monochrome, Best Softly, Softly and Best Well Known Phrase or Saying.

The Nelson Camera Club is proud to host this annual competition.  In 2017 there were 53 Print entries and 253 Digitally Projected images from a total of 84 photographers.  Judges for the Salon were John Boyd  Hon FPSNZ, Hon PSNZ, APSNZ,  Aliah Jan FPSNZ, MNZIPP, AFIAP and Sally Mason FPSNZ
The following major awards were made: Champion Print, Champion Digitally Projected Image, Best Triptych depicting a well known phrase or saying.
